Train station sector in Candiac

Groupe Investissement Broad Canada delegated Empero to manage development of a 2.8 M pi² property located in the immediate vicinity of the Candiac commuter train station. The development plan for this TOD (Transit-oriented Development) calls for some 1,800 housing units that will be built in keeping with strict sustainable development principles.
